Please call the health center to schedule an appointment. Most appointments will be seen on the same day. There is paperwork to complete if you have never been seen by Mercy Health. Please be sure to bring your Photo ID with you to your appointment.

The health center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Walk-in appointments are welcome, but strongly encourage for appointments to be made to avoid waiting. - Health Center Location
The health center is located inside the lakeview apartment complex, behind the Freed Center for the Performing Arts.
